12/23/09 thru ?… my good friends at Contesta Rock Hair Salon in NY will be displaying four images from my new series of urban (re)visions “Post No Bills.” Unfortunately, Ale and I will be in Brazil, but when we return, 8-10 more images will be installed. Go there to get your hair cut. Seriously, these guys are the real deal.

they must be giants.

it was my habit in miami to wake up early on my birthday and take some photographs of the sunrise at the beach. it’s usually really peaceful and a nice time to think about the year ahead. i went up to the sky lounge this morning and had to hold the camera over the glass panels to get these shots, which made it impossible to see what was in the viewfinder and it also made me pretty dizzy. so much for the meditation part. i took the elevator down to the safety of 9J.

1652 was the flight number to NY. it was also the room number at the W that night. when the W was sold out after 3 nights I moved to the Radisson around the corner. the room number: 1526. make up your own explanation… life is so random. or is it? someone told me to play the lottery. I didn’t.
